Yes, your available Tuul credits will be always firstly used to cover the Tuul ticket cost. If your Tuul credits do not cover the full amount of the Tuul ticket, then the missing amount will be charged on your active payment method.
Will my Tuul ticket apply to all rides in a group ride mode?
No, Tuul ticket applies only to one ride session at a time. Additional simultaneous ride sessions will be charged as per Tuul price list. Though, if you are in a group ride mode and you end the ride session where Tuul ticket was applied, then Tuul ticket will be applied to the next ride session you start.
Do I get free Tuul reservation minutes with a Tuul ticket?
No, reservations are not included in Tuul ticket and will be charged according to the city price list.
Can I end my ride session wherever I want without extra fees with a Tuul ticket?
No, if you end your ride session outside of the parking zone, then service fee will be charged. Traffic rules and local policy of commuting should be followed, even when your joy ride seems limitless. Please park your Tuul safely to the parking zone, to keep all commuters happy.
Can I combine the 24h ticket and the 30-day ticket?
Yes, this is possible! Determined Tuul riders can activate both 24h ticket and 30-day ticket to enjoy long rides whereas the first 90 ride session minutes will be accounted from your 24h ticket and following minutes will be counted from your 30-day ticket minutes.
Can I share my Tuul ticket with others?
No, Tuul tickets are for personal use only – you cannot share the tickets with other users or transfer the tickets to other users.
How long does the 24h ticket last?
The 24h ticket lasts for 24 consecutive hours from the point when we receive your payment. You can check the end-time of your 24h ticket in the Tuul App section “Tuul ticket”.

Can I really do unlimited number of rides with the 24h ticket?
Yes, and you can switch scooters as much as you want! But Tuul is for sharing and it’s not very friendly to keep the scooter all to yourself if you are not using it. We kindly ask you to free up the scooter if you have finished the ride, so others can use it as well. With a 24h ticket you can do free ride sessions that last up to 90 minutes. If you need to go further, feel free to end a ride session and start a new one to avoid extra charges.
Why have you limited the ride session minutes in the 24h ticket?
Because Tuul is for sharing and it’s not very friendly to keep the scooter all to yourself if you are not using it. We kindly ask you to free up the scooter if you have finished the ride, so others can use it as well.
What is included in the 90 minute ride session cap?
Only the actual ride minutes are counted, meaning the time between starting the session and ending the session. Reserve minutes are not included in the 90 minute ride sessions and are charged according to the city price list.
What happens if my ride session is longer than 90 minutes?
If you have over a 90-minute ride session during the active 24h ticket, the session ride minutes from 91 onwards will be charged based on regular city minute pricing.
What if my 90 minute ride session extends over the 24h ticket expiration time?
If you start a session before your 24h ticket expires you can use the minutes of that 90-minute session without extra fee. If the session lasts over 90-minutes then the ride minutes from 91 onwards will be charged based on regular city minute pricing.
Are “pause” minutes counted in my 90 minutes session ride cap?
Yes, the pause minutes are considered as regular ride minutes. Therefore, the pause minutes will consume your session minute cap. Note that putting the scooter to pause does not refresh your ride session. Please end the rental session to avoid extra charges.
How long does the 30-day ticket last?
The 30-day ticket lasts for 30 consecutive days from the point when we receive your payment. You can check the end-time of your 30-day ticket in the Tuul App section “Tuul ticket”.

What does the 60 minute daily ride limitation mean?
60 minute daily ride limitation means that with a 30-day ticket you get 60 minutes worth of free ride minutes per day which are included in the 30-day ticket. If you ride more than 60 minutes on a calendar day during the active 30-day ticket, the ride minutes from 61 onwards will be charged based on regular city minute pricing.
Where can I see how many free minutes I have left in a day?
You can see how many free ride minutes you have left in the current calendar day from the Tuul App section “Tuul ticket”. Please note that the minute counter updates after each ride session (meaning that active ride session minutes are not deducted).
What if I ride more than 60 minutes in a day?
If you ride more than 60 minutes in a day during the active 30-day ticket, the ride minutes from 61 onwards will be charged based on regular city minute pricing.
When will the 60 minute count refresh?
Daily 60 ride minute count refreshes at midnight. Daily minutes count starts each day at 00:00 and ends at 23:59. Daily minutes can be used over different riding sessions and different scooters and do not have to be used on one session.
How many daily ride minutes do I get if I buy the 30-day ticket at the middle of the day?
Regardless of the time when you buy the 30-day ticket, you will get the full 60 ride minutes for the first calendar day of your 30-day ticket. Meaning if you buy the ticket at 12.00, then you will still get the full 60 ride minutes for the day of purchase (between 12.00 – 23.59). Same logic applies to your last day of a 30-day ticket. You will get the full 60 ride minutes on the last day of 30-day ticket for the remaining time of your 30-day ticket (in the above example between 00.00 – 11.59). If you buy a new 30-day ticket, then the 60 minute count will refresh at the point when we receive your payment.
To which day will the ride sessions be accounted to if my ride extends over to the next day?
Riding session date is determined by the date you started your riding session, even if the session spans over to the following date. For example, if you start a riding session at 23:55 and it will continue to the new date, all your minutes left from the start-date, if any, will continue to count until the end of your session.
Please note that with turn-of-date sessions once the start-date minutes run out, you will be charged based on TUUL city price list. Minutes for the new date will not start counting for sessions going on after turn-of-date. To avoid extra charges, feel free to end your ride session before you run out of your previous day ride minutes and start a new ride session in the new calendar day.
What happens if I start a ride session before the 30-day ticket expires and my ride session extends over the expiration time?
If you start a session before your 30-day ticket expires you can use up all your left minutes in that one last session. Let’s say it is the last day of your 30-day ticket, you have 20 minutes until your 30-day ticket expires but you still have 45 minutes of daily riding minutes left. It’s ok and you can use the full 45 minutes in that session even though the 30-day ticket expired during the ride session.

How can I cancel my 30-day ticket automatic renewal?
