What if my ride session extends over the subscription expiration time?

Riding session time is determined by the time you started your riding session, even if the session spans over the expiration time of the subscription. For example, if you start a riding session at 14:00 and it will continue over the expiration time of the subscription, all your minutes left from the subscription, if any, will continue to count until the end of your session. Ending this session will expire any minutes you might have had left from the previous subscription.

Where can I see how many free minutes I have left?

You can see how many free ride minutes you have left in the current period from the Tuul App section “Tuul ticket”. Please note that the minute counter updates after each ride session (meaning that active ride session minutes are not deducted).
